Tommy Humphreys
Married to my beautiful wife for 39 years who I still fall in love with every day—she is so special to me. We have 3 very cool, kindhearted kids who welcome everyone with open arms. Unfortunately, my oldest son tragically passed away, leaving us heartbroken. I had the honor of playing under who I believe belongs in the NFL Hall of Fame: two-time NFL Coach of the Year and Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach Bruce Arians. The impact he made on my life is priceless; what a great man and leader he is. I played one and a half years at Temple University and stopped playing due to a neck injury received in practice right before 1985 season. In my first year in 1984, I appeared in one game against Toledo at Convention Hall in Atlantic City, NJ, recording a solo tackle and one assisted tackle. Die-hard Philadelphia sports fan—Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers. My favorite band is Metallica, who has saved my life many times. Their lyrics and music inspires me to be a better person and has motivated me to give back to those who are struggling in life. Thank You Metallica..."They said I changed a lot. I said, a lot changed me." - RIP Tommy Jr we love and miss you very much.
